Common questions about contacting us

We know that reaching out is often the hardest part. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often from first-time clients and concerned family members.

Is my inquiry actually confidential?

Yes. Our intake form uses TLS 1.3 encryption and submissions are accessible only to the on-call supervising agent and the office manager. We do not log your IP address alongside the message body, and we never sell or share data with third-party marketing platforms.

How fast will someone actually call me back?

Form submissions are reviewed every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Most replies go out within 5–15 minutes. If you need a same-hour callback, mark your message URGENT in the subject line or call our 24/7 line directly for the fastest response.

What does "discreet inquiry" actually do?

When you check the discreet box, we suppress any outbound phone calls or text messages to the number you provided. All communication will be limited to the email address on file, we abbreviate names in internal records, and we never reference your case in any written confirmation.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Absolutely. Our Marbury Street office accepts walk-ins during posted hours. For new bonds, please bring a government-issued photo ID for the indemnitor (the person signing the bond) and any information you have about the defendant's full name, date of birth, and holding facility.

Do you serve clients outside Aurora County?

Yes — we post in seven counties across central South Carolina. If your case falls outside that footprint, we maintain referral relationships with vetted agencies in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, and Spartanburg. Just ask and we'll connect you directly.

What does a typical bail bond cost?

In South Carolina, premium is regulated at 10% of the full bond amount for most charges, with a $50 minimum. We publish a complete rate sheet on our pricing page, and we will quote your exact fee on the first phone call — no obligation.
