Aurora County's Trusted Bail Partner Since 2008

A Local Agency Built on Discretion, Speed, and Steady Hands

We are Aurora Bail Co. — a licensed bail bond agency serving every courthouse, jail, and municipality across Aurora County. When the call comes at 2 a.m. or the arraignment is in two hours, we move with calm precision and total confidentiality.

Our Story

Founded by a Career Defense Insider Who Knew the System Was Failing Families

Aurora Bail Co. was founded in 2008 by Marcus V. Hall, a former trial paralegal who spent eleven years inside the Aurora County Public Defender's office. He watched the same pattern repeat itself night after night: a son, a sister, a coworker arrested on a non-violent charge, then forced to sit behind bars for 18, 24, even 36 hours because no licensed agent would answer the phone. The large national surety outfits treated Aurora County as a low-priority zip code. Families were left to navigate bail schedules, premium percentages, and collateral requirements alone.

Hall built this agency to be the opposite. We staff around the clock, we post bond on every category of charge the state allows, and we treat every defendant the way we would want our own family treated — with discretion, dignity, and zero judgment. Seventeen years later we have posted over 12,000 bonds, but the goal has never changed: get the right person home, fast, and keep their record and reputation intact in the process.

Mission & Values

Three Principles That Guide Every Bond We Write

Bail work is high-stakes and high-pressure. Our team operates under a tight set of values that protect clients, families, and the integrity of the court process. These aren't slogans — they are operating instructions.

Absolute Discretion

Every call, every court appearance, every payment is handled with strict confidentiality. We never disclose case details to third parties, never discuss clients by name outside the agency, and never share information with media. Your matter stays your matter.

Speed as a Service

Our average time from initial call to bond posted at the Aurora County Detention Center is under 90 minutes during business hours and under 3 hours overnight. We staff two shifts so a licensed agent is always awake, always on the road, and always within range of every jail in the county.

Transparent Economics

Premium rates, collateral requirements, payment plan terms, and refund conditions are all spelled out in writing before any signature is collected. We work with families on realistic payment plans and never bury fees in fine print. What we quote is what you pay.
